Meets each Wednesday in E202
to pray from 6:12-6:27 p.m.


Meltdown Prayer Meetings
Each Tuesday in May
7:00-8:00 p.m.

Each Tuesday during the month of May will spend an hour in prayer
for this event at different locations. Everyone is welcome! 
The locations are as follows:

May 1 - Josh & Amanda Shirley
May 8 - Alonzo & Roxana Echaurren
May 15 - Joe & Megan Reid
May 22 - Todd & Julie Dixon
May 29 - Bro. Jim & Myra Collier

Discipleship Groups
6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Guys will meet at Jeff & Debbie Jordan's home
Girls will meet at Andy & Amanda White's home
 
There will be a joint fellowship after the Bible Study on the 19th.

Youth Sunday School Teacher Dinner & Meeting
5 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall


Saturday, May 12
D3 Second Saturday of Service
12:00 until 2:00 p.m.

Come help us welcome the upcoming 6th graders into the student ministry.
We will have pizza and coke beginning at noon in the senior high room
followed by all kinds of games. It's going to be an Awesome Saturday!


Sunday, May 13
Mother's Day
Camp Registration Deadline & Final Payment is Due
No afternoon activities or evening service.


Sunday, May 20
Graduate Recognition & Senior Lunch

We will be honoring all graduates during the morning worship service.
Seniors should meet in the sanctuary at 9:15 a.m. in the reserved area
in preparation for the service. After the worship service the high school
graduates will meet at Amerigo's for lunch.

Also, May 20
Mandatory Camp Meeting for Students & Parents
after the evening service in the Fellowship hall
Balances must be paid and all forms submitted by this meeting.
The camp rules will be distributed at this meeting and 
must be signed by both the student and student.

Senior Retreat
at Pickwick
Tuesday, May 29

Seniors will meet at the church at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, May 29
and return by 3 p.m. on Wednesday, May 30. Students should
bring drinks and a snack.



June Service Saturday Challenge

During the month of June we are challenging the students to
reach out to someone in their neighborhood to assist them with
something around their home (i.e. mowing, pull weeds, plant
flowers, yard cleanup, clean windows, wash cars, etc., etc.).
During our service on Wednesday, June 27, students will have an
opportunity to share with the group how they served the Lord
 through helping their neighbor. We can't wait to hear about it!

Girls will meet at Andy & Amanda White's home and the guys
will be meeting at Jeff & Debbie Jordan's home.


Sunday, June 3
Sunday School Promotion

At the beginning of each Sunday School Hour
students and teachers will go to the senior  high room
(aka The Grove) to pick up donuts and juice before going
to their Sunday School classroom to begin their lesson.

Family Pool Time at The Meadows' Home
3030 Yates Street in Bartlett
 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Ray & Deenie Meadows will be opening their pool for students
and families to come hangout by the pool on Wednesday
afternoons before church. We hope to see you there!


Wednesday, June 16
Discipleship Groups
6:30 - 9:00 p.m.

Join us for a joint Bible Study and fellowship.
Location to be announced.


Monday, June 18
Ultimate Monday at Franklin Park
7:00 - 9:00 p.m.

Invite a friend and come join us as we play Ultimate Frisbee for a couple of hours.
The park is located near Germantown High School on Old Poplar Pike.
This event is for both middle school and high school students.


Wednesday, June 27
Family Night at Jerry's Sno Cones

After the service we are headed to Jerry's Sno Cones located at 1657 Wells
Station Road for their famous Sno Cones. We should be there from
7:45 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Keep in mind that Jerry's only accepts cash.
You will need approximately $2-$4 per person.
