Purpose Statement: The purpose for Equipping “U” is (1) to help equip the church through teaching and discipling using a biblically based curriculum and (2) to provide practical training both for the members of Kirby Woods Baptist and as a ministering evangelical outreach to our community.

The following classes will begin on Sunday, January 8, 2012, at 5:00 p.m.

 (1) Israel My Glory - George King walks you through the Holy Land using his first hand knowledge and explaining his amazing slides!  Come see and experience the sights of Palestine as you learn about significant places, personalities and events. 

(2) Beginning Sign Language - let us help you learn the basics of signing.  No experience necessary! 

(3) Essential Church?  Why do so many young adults leave the church, and what will it take to bring them back?  We will read and discuss this book together - led by Casey Pearson.  (Please pre-order your book at the registration desk in the church foyer.  Cost is $12.)
